These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the IM Beauty Glow website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or placing a booking or order, you agree to these terms.
1. Using IM Beauty Glow
IM Beauty Glow is a marketplace that connects customers with independent salons and beauty professionals. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Bookings and Appointments
When you book an appointment, you enter into an agreement directly with the salon providing the service. IM Beauty Glow facilitates that booking but is not the provider of the treatment. Service descriptions, durations, and prices are set by the salon and may change.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation windows and any associated fees are set by each salon and shown before you confirm a booking. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account.
4. Products and Orders
Products listed on IM Beauty Glow are sold by the salon or merchant shown on the listing. Availability, pricing, and delivery timescales are provided by that merchant and may change before an order is accepted.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. Where payment is taken in the salon, the salon's own payment terms apply.
6. Service/Shipping Policy
Delivery of products and the provision of services are arranged and fulfilled by the salon or merchant shown on the listing, not by IM Beauty Glow. Each merchant sets its own shipping methods, delivery areas, charges, and estimated timescales, which are displayed before you confirm an order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and any queries about delayed, damaged, or missing items should be raised with the merchant in the first instance—our support team can assist if the issue cannot be resolved directly.
7. Refunds
Refunds for services and products are handled in line with the policy of the salon or merchant involved and applicable consumer law. Contact our support team if you cannot resolve an issue directly with a merchant.
8. Reviews and User Content
Reviews, photos, and other content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and your own. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights.
9. Salon and Merchant Accounts
Businesses listing on IM Beauty Glow are responsible for holding the licenses, insurance, and qualifications required to provide their services, and for the accuracy of the listings, prices, and availability they publish.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform—including attempting to disrupt the service, accessing it by automated means without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IM Beauty Glow is not liable for the quality or outcome of services delivered by independent salons. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated revision date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
